Will it arrive in time?
Every piece is made to order, so nothing is printed until you buy. Allow 3-5 business days to print and assemble, then 2-5 days in transit within the US. Is it real gold?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. This is an 18k yellow gold or 14k white gold finish over a base metal, set with a 6.5mm round cut cubic zirconia. It is not solid gold and the stone is not a diamond. It is priced as a gift, not as fine jewellery, and we would rather you hear that from us than find out later.
What if she doesn't love it?
You have 30 days from the day it is delivered. Signing the card does not make it final sale. Email shopnebulaaurora@gmail.com with your order number and we will send the return address. No restocking fee, no argument. If it arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and you do not need to ship it back at all.
