Ordering for a specific date? Tell us the date. Every piece is made to order — 3–5 business days to print and assemble, then 2–5 days in transit within the US. If it is tight, say so before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will land in time.

Made a mistake in your signature? Email us the same day. Nothing goes to print immediately, so we can almost always fix it before it is made.

Returns: 30 days from delivery, personalized orders included. Email us and we will send the return address and instructions.
