Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Made to order. Every piece is printed and assembled after you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That takes 3–5 business days.

Then it ships. US orders go out by USPS and typically arrive 2–5 business days after they leave us, so most US orders land within 5–10 business days of ordering. You will get a tracking number by email the day it ships. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Where it ships from. Your order is produced and shipped from the United States.

Address accuracy. We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If something is wrong, email shopnebulaaurora@gmail.com as soon as you can — before it ships we can usually fix it at no cost.

Delays. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. Weather and carrier backlogs happen. If your tracking has not moved in 7 days, email us and we will chase it or remake the order.

International orders. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
